The upfit of this existing 9,500 square foot early education annex required a comprehensive gut renovation to house six classrooms for kindergarten use as well as support spaces. A feasibility study of the annex was also done, including an existing conditions study and conceptual plan. Demolition plans and narrative repairs included environmental concerns, seismic concerns, building envelope, drainage and alternative studies.
